KD STUDIO provides professional image retouching services, including editorial, campaigns, and lookbook retouching. Deliverables, timelines, and pricing are confirmed per project or order.

Quotes and orders

Quotes are valid for a limited time unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed once we accept your request in writing or once payment has been received, depending on what applies to your project.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, clear instructions, and properly prepared files. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions to share any images, logos, or reference materials you provide. Delays caused by missing files, unclear direction, or late feedback may affect delivery timelines.

Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included when the requested changes align with the original brief and reference direction. Additional revisions, changes in art direction, or new requests after approval may require extra time and additional fees. We will let you know before any extra charges apply.

Turnaround times

Turnaround estimates are provided in good faith and may vary based on project volume, complexity, and client response time. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee when scheduling allows.

Payments

Payment terms are confirmed per project. For some projects, full payment may be required before work begins. For larger projects, a deposit or staged payments may be required. All prices are listed in the currency stated on your invoice or checkout.

Late payments

If payment is overdue, we may pause work or withhold delivery until payment is received.

Refunds

Because services are custom and time based, refunds are not available once work has started. If you cancel before work begins, any non refundable fees (such as deposits or payment processing fees) may be retained. If you believe there is an issue with the delivered work, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it within the scope of the original brief.

File delivery and storage

Final files are delivered via the method agreed upon (download link, email, or platform delivery). You are responsible for downloading and backing up your files promptly. We may store project files for a limited period for continuity and re delivery, but we do not guarantee long term archival unless agreed in writing.

Ownership and rights

You retain all rights to your original images. KD STUDIO does not claim ownership of client files. Upon full payment, you receive the final retouched deliverables for your use. We may not use your images for portfolio, social media, or promotional purposes without your explicit permission.

Confidentiality

We treat your files and project details as confidential and use them only to deliver the service.

Prohibited use

You agree not to use our website or services to submit unlawful content, content that violates third party rights, or content that is abusive, threatening, or harmful. We may refuse or cancel service at our discretion if a request violates these terms or applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KD STUDIO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Website availability

We may update, change, or suspend the website at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error free.
